No Refund Policy — Exchange & Store Credit Only
At ESSNTL, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please send a DM to us on instagram with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.
Store Credit If an exchange is not possible, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase at tryessntl.com.
Non-Eligible Items The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Sale or discounted items
- Bodysuits and body adhesives (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via instagram DM with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
